Joanna qualified as a Solicitor in 2008. Joanna deals with a wide range of family issues, including separation and divorce and the financial matters arising from this as well as arrangements for children. Joanna also prepares pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements and has acted for grandparents in respect of children matters. She has a particular interest in disputes relating to children and cohabitation matters. Joanna is a trained Collaborative Lawyer which means she also acts for clients who choose to participate in the Collaborative Law process whereby the parties concerned commit to resolving financial matters and arrangements for children on divorce without going to Court
